Standard Return Policy
All sales are final based on the fact that all products leave our warehouse in operational condition. All products go through an inspection process prior to shipment, from our warehouse. We DO NOT offer warranty or a guarantee on any products. The only warranty that may be available will be from the manufacturer of those products. We will not be accountable for any shipping damages; those inquiries will need to be addressed by the shipping company. However, we will attempt to assist with any documentation that you do not already have and/or document you migh need (if applicable).
Our Return Policy is as follows:
a) Contact us at our office 713-644-4011 and speak with the "Returns Department".
b) They will file in a request for return with the managers of the corporation.
c) After a panel review management will make a determination regarding any return authorization.
d)The return is made in the same form of payment or a company check in the same amount is sent out the following Friday, following the date of resolution.

Shipping Information
Regular Shipping & Handling prices apply in accordance to your state. We also ship in Canada for an additional charge. The order will be processed within 4 to 7 days. The order will be shipped in 3 weeks from the final transaction. The time frame of delivery solely depends on the shipping company. We will use all major carriers from FedEx to UPS in order to deliver your product. Exceptions apply. Shipping costs vary based on destination.
Cancellation Policy
Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled.
We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used or give store-credit.
We will not credit or reissue coupons on a cancelled order.
The bids will not be refunded on a cancelled order.
You can only cancel an order containing a promotion purchase if the promotion is still valid.
